PartnerMike Haney has over 25 years of experience as a licensed mechanical engineer in several states. Mr. Haney has a range of expertise from commissioning, energy conservation, design, construction administration, project coordination, project management and due diligence assessments. Mr. Haney has extensive nationwide experience with various types of facilities including healthcare, laboratories, manufacturing, governmental, religious, educational and hospitality.

PartnerShay Rankhorn is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of national experience in healthcare and critical facility environments. He specializes in facility condition assessments, commissioning, energy optimization, regulatory compliance, due diligence, capital planning, and construction oversight. Shay has led large-scale infrastructure and construction programs across healthcare, laboratories, education, and religious institutions. His expertise spans from early design and project development through construction administration, mock surveys, and operational readiness. Known for strategic thinking and practical execution, Shay is a trusted advisor in facilities and capital program management.
