Mr. Haney has extensive nationwide experience with various types of facilities including healthcare, laboratories, manufacturing, governmental, religious, educational and hospitality.

Shay Rankhorn has over 25 years of experience in facility condition assessments, energy improvement projects, compliance surveys, due diligence assessments, as well as design development, project coordination/management, construction administration, and capital planning. Mr. Rankhorn’s role as a mock surveyor, ensuring compliance with healthcare facilities' Joint Commission, OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards, demonstrates his meticulous attention to detail. Mr. Rankhorn has collaborated most recently with CHS, Amsurg, Surgery Partners, and Quorum Health.
