FD assisted a multi-facility Parks Department with the integration of existing HVAC controls at five facilities into a single interface DDC system located in their main office.  Our services included the preparation of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure competitive bidding, project management and retro-commissioning of the five facilities.

We have developed this service for multiple clients to consolidate different BAS systems into a single dashboard. FD recommends an RFP be developed that addresses the priorities and requirements for these projects, whether it’s to improve communication with maintenance staff, or to monitor and report energy consumption.
