FD was the Owner’s CxA for the initial LEED-certified building for the Metro Nashville Dept. of General Services Administration (GSA). Metro GSA continued their sustainability program for all new buildings and has developed one of the top sustainability City programs in the U.S. FD is proud of our continuing relationship as CxA with the City of Nashville as their facility sustainability program grows.
