Nissan North America Headquarters - Franklin, Tennessee 

FD provided LEED commissioning services for the new headquarters. The HVAC system utilized an underfloor supply air plenum designed to save cooling and heating energy. The commissioning of this system required careful coordination with the test and balance contractor to identify any leaks associated with the flooring system that would adversely impact the supply fan efficiency.
